Fees
Bloom & Thrive LLP is currently a private-pay practice. Therapeutic treatment documentation can be provided for submission to your insurance company for out-of-network coverage. Reduced fees and/or pro bono consultations may be available for families experiencing financial hardship with demonstrated need.

Initial Intake Session: $250 // 90 min
- 15 min Phone Consultation
- 90-minute session with Individualized assessments, evaluation, and goal-setting
- Customized Treatment Plan or Recommendations & Referrals Brief
Individual Therapy Sessions: $160 per hour
- After completion of Intake Session and agreement of a Treatment Plan,
- All subsequent sessions will be billed at a rate of $160 per hour*
- Additional time may be billed at the hourly rate in half-hour (30 min) increments.
- Travel for off-site sessions may incur additional fees.
Family Therapy Sessions: $180 per hour
- Family sessions may include parents, guardians, caretakers, siblings and/or friends, generally limited to three additional family members.
- Off-site family sessions may be considered in special circumstances.
Payment
In order to provide completely secure payment transactions and paperless billing and receipts, Bloom Therapy client portal utilizes a seamlessly integrated Stripe* online payment system which accepts all credit and debit cards. Payment authorization forms will be completed in a secure client portal and will ensure best billing practices. Invoices and superbills may be easily produced for record-keeping, insurance claims and doctor referrals. Client payments will be automatically charged to authorized payment card in the amount of invoiced session at the end of treatment day.
Missed Appointment Rules:
- 24 hour Cancellation Policy ~ client must cancel appointment 24 hours prior to scheduled session by phone, email or text message or full session rate will be charged.
- Telehealth secure video option may be possible due to unexpected inability to travel.
*All client sessions will be billed automatically on the day of treatment at the rates specified unless otherwise indicated. Electronic receipts will be sent directly to client email upon payment.
